    Kettlebell

    I would love a workout using kettlebells. It would allow me to change up my weight routine, and train for power. I think more explosive movements and less weight would be really interesting. Her article on fast-twitch muscles made me want this even more.

    Did it, and yes, the next day, I could feel it in my glutes. Also pleased with the barre bonus. Indeed, I'm pleased with all three workouts. They are in contrast to STS 2.0, and I like knowing I have something with the moderate weight option.

    An email update this morning, has a photo of the DVDs, and running times for workouts can be seen there, for those, like me, who are too excited to wait a few hours until they are posted.

    When I open Workout Manager, I no longer can access the list of chapters for the day's workout, from the calendar paget. That menu option has disappeared. I can go to "add workout" and see the chapters, but not from calendar page. I only see "show details," but not "show chapters." Anyone...

    loving the extended stretch

    The extended stretch on the LITE workouts feel so great!!! I would love to see long stretches on the next series as well. I find as I get older, the stretches are so important to my recovery.

    X-10 the 2nd?

    I love X-10 for cardio. The variety and challenge is always fresh. I find it tough, but doable, and I can change it up so much (streaming video isn't doable here so the blender is but a dream). A workout along the same lines would be great.

    YES to ICE

    This set is very very good. It has been thought out very well. The organization is incredible. I can use this to move up from intermediate to advanced, perfectly. One of Cathe's best for my purpose.

    Hi. How do I bring circuit workouts into a rotation with strength training? Can I do the same muscles on consecutive days or do I omit that part of the circuit training? Anyone?
