    Hi ladies. I think I am going to do bi/tri/shoulders after work. My legs are pretty sore from weights Mon and the 5-miler yesterday. I did soak in Epsom salt last night and massaged my muscles. They aren't as bad as I thought they might be, but definitely no step, no running, no HIIT for me...

    For all of you personal trainers - what are your thoughts on the various certifications? Which is the most respected? I have seen ACE, NASM, ISSA, and the list goes on... Thoughts??

    This morning I got up and did KPC (warm up, drills, 3 combos and abs). My HR was really low for some reason. Maybe I was super well-rested...I need to stretch after work.
