    Viewing Cathe on Demand

    Just signed up for Cathe on Demand and very excited about it. Went to view some of the videos on my computer and know that I need the low quality technology. I just can't figure out how to put it in the low quality mode. Thanks for the help.

    Question about Cathe Live

    I am looking at purchasing Cathe live but don't understand the 3 programs that come with it. It says you get the group classes, but what are the Cathe one on one and nutrition and fitness. I am interested in both of those but don't see anything mentioned after that. Any insight is appreciated.

    Spinning Bikes

    Because Cathe is coming out with another spin workout I have decided to buy a spin bike. I would like to stay in the mid-range price. What are some of the bikes you ladies use and also what do you think of the ride workouts.
