    Hi Siobhan, Today after tv and internet issues again, I managed after 2 false starts to do a 53 minute (which turned into an hour with all the cliches) taebo on YouTube. It was brutal, lemme tell you, and I had one ankle weights for the whole thing, whew!! Hope you get a workout in.

    Hi Siobhan, Today I came to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical. Then I ran the sled up and back with 2 plates 4 times as fast as I could, then I ended with floorwork for abs and legs (about 22 minutes for floorwork and sled). Hope you are still enjoying your vacation.
