    Guilt Free French Fries

    These are great! 3 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced like french fries Egg Whites Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Whisk egg whites in bowl till frothy. Dip potatoe slices in egg whites, toss to coat, then arrange on cookie sheet. Add seasoning. Bake at 450 degrees X 30 mins.
