    Athletic Training Extreme....

    Just finished my first round of STS....

    .....and I can't wait to start round 2!! My question is, how long should I take off? Just do a normal recovery week then go right into it, or would my muscles benefit more from taking a few weeks off and "shocking" them again??

    Transportation??

    So when I was making my hotel reservation, I noticed that there is not shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel. What does everyone use? Rapid rover? Public transportation? Also, being that I'm a first-timer, is transportation from the hotel to the gym provided?? Thanks!!
