    using a barbell

    I am getting to the point where I need to start using more weights on my legs. It is very uncomfortable for me to hold a barbell on my shoulders. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or what the deal is. Any ideas or pointers? Thanks for you help!

    Has anyone ever tried any of the DHC skincare products? I just turned 40 and am looking for some new skincare products, but am not sure where to turn. Any ideas?
