Do you think it is necessary to buy the bootcamp muscle endurance DVD if you own the Terminator? A lot of bootcamp and muscle endurance is in the Terminator so I'm not sure how much I would use them on their own.

I have a question about the Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance DVD. When I exercise I prefer doing cardio and weights separately. I just don't seem to do circuit workouts. Is it worth my while to buy this DVD if I don't do circuit workouts?
