    Premixes in downloads

    I'm sure that this has been asked, did try to find so not repeating, but could not. Are the premixes included in the downloads? The reason I aske is that Cathe on demand does not include premixes. The May be two different technology stuff. I am not techno savvy. Thanks!

    Strange Back Question

    Can having low body weight cause lower back pain? There is not much cushion back there. I tend to gain weight in the stomach area first then everywhere else. Also, hurts to sit for any length of time. Thanks!!!!
