    Boxing Day December 26th, 2019

    Hi Everyone, I did a long workout today. It was MH total body/upper body workouts for about 1 hour + 10 minute medicine ball abs (got a MB for Christmas) and added in my own stretch. Have a wonderfully leisurely day everyone.
