    I can't keep up!!

    Hi Melanie, I did the step only premix just to learn the step portion and then once I learned it I could do the whole workout no problem. It took me several times before I got the routine down and also did just one section at a time until I felt comfortable with moving on. HTH

    Avocados

    I actually make my tuna and egg salad using avocado instead of mayonaise. It's a funky green color but it's much more healthy for you than mayo. Reminds me of eating Dr. Zeuss food!!! Just mash up an avocado add your tuna and some lemon juice and salt and pepper a bit of minced onion...

    Cathe PLB weight limit question? and why 12,10, 8 reps?

    Hi Kitty, Also not Cathe here, but I've heard it suggested that to lift heavier without loading your barbell to the point of causing injury try wearing a weighted vest. You will be able to increase your overall weight load and still use the 50 lb barbell. HTH ~Susan

    Can anyone tell me how big is the stability ball Cathe uses in Supersets?

    One other thing to consider is that your ball might be underinflated. I was really surprised at how "tight" my ball got when fully inflated. Even when you think it's full the ball can usually take more air. HTH Susan
