I am so very sorry for your loss. Do please talk to someone about this - such as a therapist, social worker, counselor, or religious/support person. It would be perfectly expected for you to have some depression after suffering through this and you do not have to go it alone. Best wishes and...
i am totally impressed you got stepblast....I am so totally confused every time I do it! I love Rhytmic Step and found the choreography tough the first several times through but it's a breeze now. You will get it with practice...now send some of your sb expertise my way, I need it!!!!
hee hee hee! now I totally have to try the timesaver dvd! I've had the set for a long time and have done all the others but hadn't gotten around to including that one in a rotation! I don't know my neighbors too well yet, just moved in, perhaps they will enjoy the visit....
MIC all the way! - the hi-lo is not complicated but it is TOUGH. The step is a little more complex but she breaks it down - I think more so in this video than in later ones. Even then, I don't think the choreography is that difficult - I have 2 left feet and this one is not hard for me at all...
I'd recommend also getting some volunteer work in - for example - teach art classes for low income kiddo's or help a non-profit design a website or flyer or something. That way you get some experience at no cost to you PLUS you do something good for others! Just go online and do some searches...
Is it just me or is the 60 minutes pre-mix not quite right? I think it says 1A, 1B, 1A, 2A, 2B, 2A - then it should end, correct? However it doesn't....it cycles back through for a couple more rounds.
thanks,
kelli
I do it too. If I recal correctly, one of the rotations that Cathe came up with for the Intensity Series included doing circuit workouts back to back with heavy weight training (like Cardio and Weights and Pyramid Lower Body). I find it really difficult to do a tough upper body tape one day and...
i agree with clare and barbara - I hate jeans and pants with waistlines at my natural waist. i've had to buy bigger sizes too or bought jeans for boys/men so that they fall under my belly button. At the same time, i felt totally uncomfortable in a real low rise pair of jeans - like too much was...
I was vegetarian, worked out 6 days a week, ate plenty of legumes/beans and my cholesterol was right around 200. They told me it was all in my genes since I was already doing everything I should be. (I was at a good weight too).
Since then, I went vegan and my total dropped to around 150 or...
I'm also a veghead and my nurse recommended Barlean's Essential Women Oil. I take a tablespoon a day. It's a little pricey (Whole Foods, natural food stores) but so good for you. If you do decide to take it, make sure to mix up the stuff at the bottom real well, it settles.
btw - prior to...
I vote for the Pure Strength series. I've gotten all her latest and this set is still one of the most difficult for me. The pyramid set is next, though I much prefer Upper body to lower - I only do lower once in a while, alternating with her other lower body tapes (Meaner Legs, PS legs, Legs...
Hi Cheryl!
I am the very proud owner of a pair of Freddy shoes; I ordered the Hi Impact Pro Trainers from US Bodyware (www.usbodyware.com) last September. I also had had Rykas the last several aerobic shoes but got annoyed as it seemed they changed the sizing on me - a pair I bought didn't...
I really like to do one body part per day with the SH series, so like biceps one day plus 30 minutes of cardio (maybe the kickboxing section from CTX or step portion of MIC). This keeps it from getting boring for me. I don't enjoy days that I do only weight training - i like the cardio added in...

2. 6 days: Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed (skip Thur usually), Fri
3. nope, not yet! but Cathe being on it certainly would make me reconsider not having cable!
