    Those are great tips, Chris! Thanks! The only tip I can add is that I have two barbells loaded up. This gives me time for a sip of water while Cathe and co are changing their weights! It's almost relaxing! LOL!

    I agree with Robin, Frizz Ease does work well. The only problem for me was that the skin on my neck breaks out from it. It's worth a try, though if your skin isn't sensitive.

    Hi Barbara: No, CTX Upper Body isn't similar to Cardio and Weights. CTX UB is a weights tape - a fabulous one at that, but it's not cardio. CTX Upper Body and Leaner Legs are a great combination to get a full body workout.
