    The best "quick fix" I know of is CLEAN EATING! I mean 100% for 3 solid weeks...The other benefit will be that by the time the wedding is here you'll have already made it a 21 day habit! :) Exercise 5-6 days per week - focus on giving your workouts 150% every workout. Thats more important imo...

    Alsion- You dont do a specific 1RM for that particular exercise. The Row 7- Stand Tall - Row is merely a rep pattern to confuse the muscles. You'll also find that Meso 1 has MANY MANY variations of the standard exercise..1 comes to mind is the Side Lat Raise straight arm...In M1 she does them...
