INDEX OF CATHE ROTATIONS (now sticky'd)

Thank you Belinda..... for volunteering to keep this current. Cathe has blessed us with such awesome rotations thru the years and it's nice to have one stop shopping to go to for them. I still like to download them to my flash drive so I have them but now I can just come here. Thanks again...

    SNM--When Will Cathe TV resume?

This is what I'd love to see when it comes back. Especially form pointers. Cathe is awesome about giving pointers during a workout, but sometimes when working out it's distrating to take it all in, you know. So I'd really love demos with form pointers. Something else would be ideas and how...

Are sliding discs necessary for LIS?

On another note, you can do all the moves without the discs and still get a pretty good workout. Not as intense as it'd be with the discs, but it is possible to follow along the moves and modify doing them without the discs. I did Slide & Glide this way yesterday and sweated buckets.

    Its Time!

This sounds like something I've been consideing all weekend when I completed STS M3 last week and was wondering if LIS would mesh with STS. It sounds like LIS goes at a quicker pace than STS so I wouldn't be able to lift as heavy as I like so my thinking is along the same lines as you - light...

Like the others better than STS ::sigh:::

It sounds like you don't care for the one body part a day type training, and like others have said what ever rocks your boat, and STS doesn't for you. There's nothing wrong with that at all. I don't care for the compound moves type training in CLX, others love it. I love split session one...

    Meso 2 for 8 weeks?

I plan to start M2 next month and intend to do each week twice for a total of 8 weeks. I did M1 the same way in Jan & Feb. I found doing it this way helped me push myself even more the 2nd week as I was more familiar with the workout and knew what to expect and what my body could do. It also...

    bent over rows

I never thought of subbing these with deadlifts! I have subbed them with pullovers, where you lay on your back on the bench and pull a weight back over your head. But never thought to do deadlifts. Thanks for the tip. I don't have anyway to do pullups/chinups and won't be buying any extra...

    Butts and Guts...feedback please

My Favorite.... thing about this workout is the floorwork, as too much standing work wreaks havoc on my knees. The floorwork is innovative and challenging and I especially like your use of the band and ball with floorwork. And I am always appreciative of the premixes you provide allowing us...

    Premixes

My Take on Premixes Not Cathe, but here's my input. Premixes are segments taken from the workout and compiled into shorter or longer workouts depending on what your preference is. I love the premix option and use it more than the actual workouts. For instance Cathe has premixes on her PUB...

    Summer reading

I hear Lovely Bones is a good read. Can't recall who it's by. I'm currently reading Someone To Watch Over Me by Judith McNaught and it's also pretty good.
