    Gym Styles - one day upper body

    Doing it "as produced" was better (I like the 3-way splits, even 4, 5, and 6-way splits), but doing the timesavers for an "all upper" heavy day was a good workout. I still got DOMS from the timesavers! It just depends on what body part split you're trying to do. Bernadette

    How often do you eat?

    I find that what works for me is eating 6 times a day, about 3 hours in between meals/snacks. I eat "clean" as much as possible, and eating often helps me in so many ways throughout the day. Ironically, it seems that when I do stick to 6 times a day, I have no problems sticking with 1400-1500...
