I see people running when it's 90+ out and humid and just don't understand. I worked out in my house with the air on a couple days ago and was sweating like a beast from the heat. Someone would have to be chasing me with a knife to run in that kind of weather!

I have a steamer and an iron and when I iron my clothes still look wrinkled! The steamer takes forever, so I am all for dry cleaning!

I purchased mine from Beachbody with Turbojam; they are good except that they are actual gloves and after my workout my hands are so sweaty it takes 5 minutes to peel each one off. I've seen ones that just loop over your thumb, and I think I would prefer those.

You can get them directly from Beachbody also. HIIT 15 is pretty intense! Does anyone elses feet bother them while doing the workout? The arches of my feet are killing me. I just bought the Nike Lunarglides which seem to help a little.

Terminator series of Cathe. I get alot of exercise DVD's on Ebay or Amazon, you can get them used and they are really inexpensive.

DS is great, but only for one person. I take it with me whenever I travel and I love it! But for 2 people the WII is better, especially since its something the whole family can do as well.

Hi - I did a cleanse with a colon cleanse peppermint tea that I bought in GNC. It definitely worked, but there was nothing gentle about it; you def need to be close to a bathroom! Lost 5 pounds in a week though. Good Luck!
