    How high do you let your hr get.I can hold mine at 154-164 for 49 min(as of today-increasing 1 min everyworkout) that is 82%-88% according to info I inputed onto hr monitor -not the formulas with resting hr.I can't get my hr down to the lower zone.Do I need to set the hr for the heavy work load...

    So Sorry that was me-I was assuming that the workouts will be on single dvd's like hc- so no premixes combinding two workouts like bb series and intensity series.I hope there are tons of premixes.
