    calories burned during imax 2???

    It would help to track your calories burned by purchasing a heart rate monitor (HRM). I have a polar and when I do IMAX2 I am in the upper 400+ to bottom 500 in calories burned. But I do push myself.

    Go to the gym and sit in the steam room. The WET steam room, it will flush all those toxins out. Believe me, back in my "party girl" days, this was the ONE thing that worked. Not a pick me up, but a take me to the steam room.... Hope this helps...
