Thanks Lannette, I have a pilates reformer class on Fridays and I am doing another program, CoreFirst, so I am actually going to combine and see how that goes. I just need to sit down and put a plan together.
Your results sound very nice. This makes me want to get back to the workouts. I have still been doing premixes but I think I need to get the full workouts in to see any sort of change.

I enjoyed this workout. I like how it alternates lower/upper/core. I like this better than the total body workout but I am not a compound movement person. Though I do like the total body workout better than most.
I did the balance and restorative yoga premix. I have some work to do on the balance moves but the restorative yoga was nice. I am not a big Cathe yoga fan but this was nice to get in the position and hold. Reminded me of Yin Yoga which I like a lot.
I did the balance disc workout again today, I think it is the third time, and I can tell my balance is getting a tad better. I can do the squats now without loosing as much balance. One side is definitely better at balance than the other side but it is a quick workout. For some reason...

I ordered two ProSource discs back in June from Amazon and both are perfectly fine. I inflated them and they are good. I may have to inflate a little more but the price was right and didn't have to pay for shipping.
Got mine today. Not sure what to start with. I have a challenge going of walking 3 miles every day in December so may start with the bonus workouts or some kind of shorter premixes. Will have to go through them. Looking forward to this series.
