    I felt it a bit more in my tris and chest as the day went on yesterday. Still a little DOMs today but feel good.

    Did chest, shoulders, Tris this morning. I give Cathe and crew credit for doing 30 lbs on the presses. I pulled out my 21s and thought I was doing good. Was heavy enough for me at this time. My one shoulder is a little wonky so had to be careful not to go to low on the presses and flies...

    got mine yesterday. totally didn't expect. No shipping confirmation but that is OK got my DVDs. I am in MI. Did Legs this morning. What a sweaty out of breath person I was but that is OK. something to work up to.

    I see the front page hasn't been updated since November 13 and usually this is where I look for new lives. I know there have been a couple after that but wondering if there will be one this week?

    Good idea to use barbell. I didn't think of that and was wondering how I was going to lift that heavier weight. I have an olympic size bb with plates I can add on. Can't wait for Cathe to whip me into shape.
