Isn't there 1 more clip we haven't seen?

Correct we haven't seen the HIIT fusion one yet. When reviewing what is up I couldn't find the Barre Bootcamp but I could swear I did see it at some point.

    LMR2 download#2

I tried the one with the toes on the step. I did 2 sets of 8 reps after my leg workout. Felt it in all over and I used a lighter weight. Will keep on doing it, as long as I don't forget, and see if I progress slowly to more sets/reps.

Video Clip Of Cathe's Elevated Lower Body Workout

This one looks great. Love lower body work and the exercises look refreshing, not the same old squats and lunges.

Anyone use PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells or the accessories?

I actually have two sets of power blocks. One set goes from 3-21 pounds while the other is the 5-50 pounds. I use the smaller set more but I am not lifting like I used to. I do like them and they do save space.

    Update?

From this sentence "we ARE still planning (and working towards) a 2025 release! " Do we hope by Christmas, or as someone said maybe in the new year? I am just going by timelines, and with the holidays coming upon us, filming, sending to replicators for proof copies, editing, then printing...

Curious about other people's experience/preference regarding shoes for strength training

Yoga/stretching and sometimes weights - no shoes. Cardio I will wear tenni shoes. I wish I could go barefoot more but I had Plantar Fasciitis and cannot go barefoot anymore. I will either wear slippers or flip flops in the house and only wear those in the house, when I go outside I have...

    Weighted Vest and Strength Workouts

This may be a crazy question, but am wondering: I wore a 15 pound weighted vest and used 8 and 10 pound dumbbells this morning doing a lower body strength workout. Would this be counted as 15 + 20 (two 10 lb DBs) for 35 pounds total? This is how I was counting it but wandering if I was...

Question about the Four Heavy Weight Bonuses that were Promised.

That's right, forgot about these "extra" workouts. When they come out, I am going to have to figure out how to download them since I have never done that before.

    Pelvic bone & Superman's

From what other instructors say as sometimes it is uncomfortable, you can put down extra cushion or if just lifting legs, you can place your hands under your bone, I have done this a few times. But if using arms then extra cushion is good. some people just have this issue while others don't...

    Unsubscribed from e-newsletter

I just delete them. I don't want to miss out on anything important but it seems she has gotten more into marketing, even on FB. I may unsubscribe at some point as I have done to other newsletters that seem to not be as informative as they used to be.

In Praise of Lift Move & Restore

I need to stick to my guns and stick with Cathe. Just so much out there I want to do it all. But the last couple of weeks I have migrated away from what I have been doing for a couple of months (lower impact/pilates/LMR) and my pants are fitting tighter. I need to stick with it. Can I...
