    My DH really just doesn't "get" working out to tapes. He does go to the Y and do some lifting but recently he has joined a taekwondo class, and I am so happy for him! he is really into it, and goes three times a week. But he would never try cardio kicks! Christine

    I want to chime in for slower reps: 2 up, 2 down. I don't see how we could get a decent upper body workout with slow reps and rests, and ab/core work, in 45 minutes so I urge you to go for the 60 minutes and give us a really thorough one! Christine
