    I have a stiff low back most of the time have to favor that and my knees by wearing knee sleeves. I really have to be careful doing lunges and squats. Squat thrust are pretty much out of the question I'm 38 :(..but in very good shape so far

    I agree! Sometimes I mix the cardio with different weight segments..ex. pull day with kick box just for variety

    I loved your post;) I'm 38 and I get real frustrated when I can't go at a very deep doing squats because of my knees and lower back. It's hard to just drop down doing hip thrust mountain climbers I have to put my hands on my high step when I do those.

    I loved the variety she does with the weight segment ( which I do first then the cardio..i like how this one is kind of easier then the other workouts to be easier on my knees;) but it gets the job done!!!
