Just checking with you all to see if this is a good combination for a weeks workout schedule. Or is this too much cardio, legs or upper body?

Yes variety is right! variety is the key! I'm doing slow and heavy right now. With s & h legs ive been following that with a barre work leg workout last night I followed it lower body blast barre
I am getting rid of my old weight bench because the fit tower replaces all the uses of a weight bench and takes up less space;) Do you find the barre leg workouts are as effective as heavy weight training for legs?
