    Morning lovelies! I had a really great gym w/o w/ DH yesterday. I like when he is there to spot me so I can really go heavy. We did 20 min HIIT - sprint 9.8 (45-55 sec) & walk 3.5 for a minute. That was awesome. Moved on to heavy chest, shoulders, tris. Weights were 3 sets of 10...
