    Mine sticks too. I cleaned it after struggling with the constant pauses the first time through. Now, it doesn't stick as much, but still gets stuck and eventually stops at a few areas. It is frustrating.

    Either 1/4 cup dry oats or 1/2 an english muffin with enough water to wash it down. I hate being all burpy during morning workouts, so I also cannot do any kind of shake, and I don't like bananas. Those slower digesting carbs help me power through a workout.

    6x week. Each day an hour of cardio and an hour of resistance - but not at the same time. And always at different intensities and varied weights. Not every day is SS cardio. Not every day is heavy weights. But you have to do what works for YOU.
