Just did PUB today...love the workout, it goes so fast cause you just don't stop! I get a great workout from this, you definately have to use enough weight for it. I feel this gives a more throughly overall UB workout. :)

I just did P90X Yoga for the first time...well....I tried it once before and only made it for half of it. This time I did the whole thing. I really did like it. I was really sore in my ribs and shoulders. I liked the ab work at the end. What any one else sore too?? Alicia
