    I did all the 1RM prior to starting STS on 2/2. A lot the exercises for Discs 7-9 appeared in red as if I hadn't done the 1RM, also(?)

    I did my 1RMs, too, and am doing the 3-1/2 month rotation. I will complete Disc 6 today. I've experienced DOMS from each of the past five workouts. Nothing excruciating...just enough to let me know I'm affecting those muscle fibers. I'm finding that for the last one or two exercieses of each...

    Correct. 21's - perform 7 reps bottom of move to mid point, then 7 reps mid point of move to top point, then 7 reps full range of motion. 1.5's = 1 full rep plus one 1/2 rep.
