    Thanks so much for the advice you guys! I just finishe Pyr. Upper and I hiked my butt up and it works! I still can't do it on my tippy toes but I'll work up to it. It felt great to finally be able to do them!

    !st part of Imax2 is harder than second half

    the hardest part for me is #5 and #9. I am fine with the rest. It is tough but I can take it. I love #6 because the intensity is much lower so you can recoop from #5.

    I am totally the same way about being kicked in the butt for a good workout. If I am not sore I am a little disappointed I need to feel some sort of muscle recovery.

    Can you guys do the pikes on the stab ball on kpc and pyr ub? I am getting there but I am definitely not there yet. It amazes me everytime i see them do it. A few of them actually go on their tippy toes too. Something to work towards I guess. I feel that in my legs too. How about you guys?

    Which DVD is best to get definition in upper body?

    Pyr UB and the GS series is great. I try to work my UB 3x weekly. Also dont forget about the kickboxing try kick punch and crunch and kickmax. All those punches do wonders for your uB
