Do you work your abs daily too? for how long? How long do y ou work your LB daily? I am sure the book will answer many of my questions. If I did heavy LB work one day the day2 did no weight LB work and just kept alternating that cycle would that be freestyle and would I see progress?
I gain about 3-5 lbs too. I've recently started eating cucumbers around that time and it has helped tremendously with the water gain. Makes you pee like crazy!
right now I am really into kpc so I do it on consecutive days and I also do km on consecutive days. I am trying to take that last 1" off my hips and they both really work my LB well. I am also using the freestyle training method so doing them really nails my LB well.
