    Is it true that stepping will lead to FAT thighs & knee probs?

    All I can say is that I've been stepping since 1988; have used a 10" step--(which is not smart), will be 50 in December;--and stepping on a 6 to 8" step (NO HIGHER) is a great cardio and lower body workout since you are working against gravity. my knees are better--and no fat thighs...

    Slow and heavy works!

    I, too, love this series. I am currently not doing it for a week--did Leaner (Meaner) legs yesterday as a change off--and WOW!! was doing the stuff with 50 lbs. (Cathe uses 35# in this tape)--woooooh:-wow --I am liking what Slow & Heavy is doing for me. :-cool

    Migraines By the way, just heard a story where one theory is "too much iron in the diet" causes the dilation in the brain leading to migraines. For what it's worth...I don't suffer from them, but did hear this just tonight.

    I like Mindy Mylrea: Intervals 2101 with Pump Party; Action Packed Work Out and Slammin' Sports Cardio. Older, but good, too is Jennifer Mills 8003 Double Crunch. I love her attitude. It is half hi-low; half step.

    Step Height...

    I ALWAYS USED 8 INCHES--CAUSE I'M TALL, LIKE RHONDA. But, lately: I find it so much more fun--and just as effective to use 6"--plus I feel like I can go longer with less stress to knees and feet.

    cardio kicks / kickboxing tape

    Did Cardio Kicks today.. after not using it for awhile. Liked it better than ever!! I noticed, though: today is Sunday. Hubby always makes a egg, sausage, bagel--major breakfast on Sunday. I felt like I could do ANYTHING today--after eating some of that!! Anyhow: can't go wrong with Cardio...
