    I never had that problem, but then again I never did the rotation strictly as Shaun T published it. I only do INSANITY on Sundays, usually a mish-mosh of 2-3 workouts or workout segments. And I've never omitted leg weight training from my weekly program. Which workouts did you do? A-Jock
