    Hey Kariev: I think you should be fine as long as your cardio isn't really doing major strength movements in your legs... so the cardio before/after GSL shouldn't be an issue (stuff like TM, elliptical, etc) and I actually sometimes feel better doing cardio the day after a heavy leg workout...
