    Substitute for medicine ball?

Hi, I know the Terminator dvd calls for a medicine ball, however I don't have one and don't even know where on earth I could get one here in the UK....does anyone have any substitute ideas, or could I just use a light dumbbell? Many thanks, Josie

    Rotation help please!

I'm sure I will have fun - I'll report on how I get on in a few weeks time! I'll probably still throw in the odd pilates workout as I generally use the Hilary Burnett pilates for stretching myself out as I find it incredibly relaxing. Thanks again! :D

    Weight Watchers!!

Just remember that when your weight goes up a couple of pounds one week, or stays the same another week - you could have just gained some muscle from working out, which weighs more than fat of course - I sometimes forget this and then get so upset when I think I've put on weight. Just remain...

    Weight Watchers!!

Hi Thea, I was on 22 points, but can now have only 20 points a day! Those 2 points really did seem to make a difference to me - so I started eating small amounts 5 or 6 times a day - I am basically snacking throughout the day and have also incorporated a high protein shake into my daily...

Kick, Punch, and Crunch first time Cathe exerciser!

That's great Ashley - you must be so pleased! I'm also new to Cathe but have started out with Timesaver - so "easing" my way into it all really....I did the KPC section of Timesaver for the first time today and I loved it! It was pretty tough though - don't think I'm ready for the full KPC...

Just done my first Cathe workout ever!

I did Timesaver #4 today - OMG, I absolutely loved the kickbox sections! I really do have to get the entire kick punch crunch workout now - that music is just AWESOME, really gets me motivated. I can't believe it's taken me so long to discover these workouts.

    Rotation help please!

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to Cathe and only have 2 of her workout dvds, namely Timesaver and Terminator. I have also recently purchased Slow and Heavy which should arrive any day. I would really like to try and figure out an effective 6 day rotation using Cathe and some workouts that I...

I never realised there were so many UK Cathe fans out there - perhaps we should try and find out just how many of us there are! Josie

Just done my first Cathe workout ever!

Hi again WebGirl, Well, I thought the Timesaver would be a good "introduction" to Cathe's workouts - each one isn't too long and it gives you a good idea of the step moves. Luckily, I was able to benefit from a ya ya trade, otherwise I just couldn't afford it at the moment! I have decided...

Just done my first Cathe workout ever!

Hi everyone, Yes, I think I am probably going to have to collect the whole lot! I am hooked already. I did Timesaver #1 - I figured that as it was my first Cathe workout I should just do the first one on the dvd! I'm going to do the other Timesavers throughout this week and then over...

    Can't find Timesaver workouts....

RE: Susan! Can I just ask: how do you use the workout blender across the 5 separate workouts? Or can you only use the blender on each individual workout? I'm still figuring out how to use this technology! Thanks Josie

Just done my first Cathe workout ever!

Well, just done the first workout on Timesaver - I think I am going to LOVE these workouts! I found some of the step moves a bit tricky and had to rewind a few times on the dvd...I must have spent an extra 15 minutes or so trying trying to figure out the moves...will take me a few more...

    Which DVD for newbie?

Well, my personal view is that as long as you try and maintain some sort of fitness over a period of time and keep that as a long term goal, then the odd "waver" shouldn't matter - a rest is every now and then can never be a bad thing! Take care Josie
