    I love Myrtle Beach. We have always stayed at the Montrey Bay Suites Resort. Broadway at the Beach is always a lot of fun. Plenty of mini golf and regular golf. ;)

    I did Kelly's NYC workout for the first time Monday. I had doms in biceps and I only used 8lb db's. I liked the no weight lowerbody work. It was different and I had a little bit of DOMS there too. :D I'm also starting to use Kettlebells which are supposed to work the entire body. Jenn

    I am on vacation for the week in Folly Beach, SC. Absolutely beautiful place. Love the beach. This morning I went to the beach and did CC2. Would be okay to do a CC everyday while I'm here for exercise? I alternate between walking and jogging when using them. Jenn
