    Rotation w/ p90x

    Is there anyone that has done the p90x and added cathe dvd's to it? I was wondering about the new shock cardio w/ the p90x lean. Any advice.., I start Sunday.

    3x a week full body workouts?

    Yes yes I want to do this too! The discs I have are Drill max, bootcamp, Kick Max, KPC, Muscle Max, Muscle end. I need a rotation but I dont want to workout 2 hrs @ a time either. The tricky part about this is to not overtrain and get burned out. Our legs have to recover. Did you like insanity?
