    3 full body workouts in a week?

    I agree with Cath. You certainly could do 3 full bodies a week on MWF. I certainly would not do them on back to back days, though.

    Hardest circuit workout..

    I think HSTA can be the most challenging circuit workout. If you heavy up the weights and go all out on the cardio, it is awesome. It is one of my faves that I come back to again and again.

    Turkish get ups

    Turkish get ups are fantastic. Fires your core like crazy and really tests your power/endurance. I do these right now with a 20 lb dumbbell. 2-3 sets of 10 each arm.
