    Leg workouts for leaning out...

    A huge part of leaning out in any part is diet. I also think mixing up rotations for your leg workouts is also key. Muscle confusion brings those suckers to attention, pronto. I am constantly changing rotations every few weeks. I do VERY heavy, super sets, drop sets, pyramid, endurance, etc...

    You can certainly circuit train back to back if it isn't too taxing. I wouldn't make a habit out of it, though. Best to give your body a break and do something different. Or, if you are compelled to do something every day, break it up in a way that won't tax the same body parts two days in a row.
