    Cardio Kicks vs Kick Max

    Medicine Ball Workouts - Can you recommend one?

    Hi, I've seen one called "The Method: Core Ball Workout" at www.amazon.com and www.deepdiscountdvd.com I have no idea if it's a good workout, but it's designed to work out the upper and lower body while strengthening the abs, using a medicine ball.

    Like Sophiem, I have the Danskin 8 lb toning ball. I bought it from Academy's for under $10. The outside is soft and smooth---there's no groove or handle to wrap your fingers around. I like it alot, but I have to be careful when my palms are sweaty, because it gets slippery on me.

    Just wondering...Where do you all workout???

    I have a gym membership and a small gym area at home (weight bench, barbell, dumbbells, toning ball, high step, yoga mat, t.v. for my fitness dvds). I like having the option of working out at the gym or at home.
