    Best Scale

    I have a digital scale for weighing myself but the numbers keep fluxuating while I'm on it so I think it's time for a new one. Does anyone have a good one that seems to weigh accurately? I just need a regular scale, not one with the body fat calculator.

    Maximum Intensity Cardio!!

    It isn't very complicated but it does take some space. The hi-lo portion isn't bad but during the step you do sashays that you need quite a bit of space for and there is a lot of crossing over the step left to right that requires space on either side. It's a fun workout though.

    Dumbells too heavy to hold, but proper weight needed for exercise.

    That is my problem too. I did Disc 3 the other day and my legs could have gone longer but my arms were FRIED!! I have a 20 pound weighted vest and will definitely wear that next time. I don't think using a barbell would be any different but I'm really not sure. Laura

    What poundage were Cathe and crew using in this workout? I can't figure out how to get a true 1 RM since my arms holding dumbbells will obviously fatigue sooner than my legs.
