Your before is my current scene. I have the same body shape it would seem ... so this is very inspirational. I am in no way new to working out but my goodness is it hard to find something good...I think too many workouts these days are easy and catered to people who only want to do a little bit...

I prefer NB....either that I like the Reebok princess...I was never a fan of Nike. They never quite felt as comfortable for me..even though the designs are hotter than the other brands. Something about them never quite worked with me - so I would go with NB.

I noticed when I checked out qvc that the step, selling for the same price as on Cathe.com also came with a 53min workout video (they didn't say which one). Although there is nothing on this website that says it comes with any dvd I was wondering if it did???

I noticed the step box on the Cathe.com is about a hundred dollars while the step up boxes (also by Cathe) that come with a dvd and are sold in sports shops sell for under fifty...what is the difference?
