    Kickboxing, stability ball, spinning

    I'd like to see 1) Another kickboxing video. 2) More ab work on the stability ball (not a whole video) 3) A spinning video...except that if you were a spinning instructor we would probably know it! Andrea P.S. I also love Boot Camp, but it's probably too soon for another one.

    short, med long runs and IS?

    You might try doing your lower body work the day before or after your short run. You may need to lighten your weights if you feel you just can't do it. Andrea

    I think my SIL would still do cardio, but just work her hips instead of doing weights. But, I'm around her all the time so I'm bound to be an influence...right?! Andrea

    Difference b/t Blast Only and Blast Mania premixes

    I believe the only difference is that Blast Only doesn't have a warmup or cooldown/stretch, just blasts. I'm thinking maybe it was done this way to make it easier to tack on after you're already warmed up from something else. Andrea

    What to eat before running 5K

    Debra's right, experimentation is key. What works for me is a banana and half a bagel with water, or my homemade granola with milk on it and of course water. Have fun! Andrea
