    Shoes...what are your favorites and why

    I am a New Balance gal. They run wide so I don't have the problem with sleepy feet like I do with other brands. I love their cross trainers (which I use for Cathe workouts) running shoes and walking shoes. For the last 8 years, I have been very happy with them. Debra:-)

    TRICKY QUESTION ON WEIGHTS

    I am no expert but all the literature I have read about weight training discusses the value of taking breaks and changing it up. When I take time off from a workout (at least a week) I notice a change in my form and ability. I used to take rests but I am a big believer in them now. Good Luck...
