    This week I have been Slim Series Free..

    I can only do Slim Series for 2 weeks max. Even that can be too much. I think that all the workouts, though different, have the same qualities that you just get sick of it . I find I crave a heavier workout!;-)

    Slow & Heavy Weight Gain Anyone????

    Interesting thread! I will be doing S&H soon. I am interested in maintaining my weight - no gain, no loss. I plan to do each tape one time each with cardio on alternate days. If the weight goes up a bit but I am stronger - that's ok too!:-)

    Can't do step without hurting myself

    Two words - Cardio Kicks! I LOVE this workout. I have the step workouts but Cardio Kicks has a huge fun factor for me - and it is tough. I have been doing step for about a year and though I enjoy that too, I don't look forward to doing it like I do Cardio Kicks. I am looking forward to KPC!:-)

    Fit TV and DVD's

    They do have commercial breaks and not in very convenient spots. The fittv version is tough to follow - particularly the cardio/step workouts where they go to a commercial right in the middle of a routine! I found I wanted the DVD's after seeing the workouts on fit Tv.;)

    Had to jump in on this one. I think any kind of diet restriction is ultimately a sabotaging element (unless health issues are involved) to a persons diet. If you restrict, watch out when you go "off the wagon". I try to pay attention to how my body feels when I eat. I don't want to give up...

    Is anybody still taking their daily flax seeds?

    I put ground flax seed on my cereal and salad everyday. I have been doing this for a year. My hair is thicker, nails stronger and skin a bit better. Best yet is what it does to my GI system. Love my flax seed!:-)

    I have 1/2 cup Fiber One and 1/2 cup of Go Lean. This fills me up with the high fiber content in both. Love the protien count in Go Lean. Other days I have eggs. My husband love the Heart to Heart, Good Friends and Go Lean Crunch!:-)
