    What do you workout in?

    OK - it depends if I am at home or around people;) At home, I wear my champion sportbra, maybe a tee shirt, my undies, socks and workout shoes. I have to open the windows too. I get too hot wearing any more indoors. Outside or at the gym, light sweats or shorts.

    What do you think of Micheal Jackson?

    He clearly is troubled! You just have to look at him. I don't know all the facts but if I had kids and I had already heard the rumors about abuse, I would not send my kids to be alone with him. I think something should happen to those parents for knowingly putting their kids in harm's way...

    Hey there, Ruth! I was thinking of doing Slow and Heavy and doing 1 body part per day. Are you doing an hour and a half hour of cardio in the morning and evening or does that include the weight work? TIA, Debra;)

    Anyone take a Power Nap?

    It depends on the day. If I am teaching, I try to workout when I would nap so I can fall asleep at night. On weekends, if I do something like Bootcamp or Bodymax, I feel fatigued in the afternoon, I will take a nappie-poo!;)

    RE: Leaner Legs? I hate to add a workout here but I have had unbelievable results with PS Legs and Abs. I did Pure Strength for 5 weeks in Oct/Nov and it reshaped my body. I love the floorwork in PS. I really enjoy the other lower body workouts too! How nice to have variety.:)

    What brand of deodorant do you use?

    I used Ban roll on until a couple years ago. I tried Degree when staying at my mom's. I love it. I use the powder fresh scent. No stinkies here!:)
