    Cathe - Not going up in weight?

    Hey Clare, I was intrigued to read your answer! I was doing full body weight workouts and wanted to work more to fatigue on one body part at a time. I was thinking of S&H with cardio - one body part per day to blast the plateau and perhaps lose a few pounds. Did that work for you??? TIA...

    What do you all think of cardio & weights?

    Cardio and Weights is FABULOUS and lots of fun. I read it was one of Cathe's "easier" workouts before I acquired it. I don't think it is. For me, like any workout, you can make it as easy or difficult as you'd like. Love this one!!!! You need it.:-)
