    When I first tried S&H I loved it so much I thought I could do it twice a week. Then I woke up the next morning and was so sore I could barely move. :) Give it a try once a week and see how it goes for you. I don't think there's anything wrong with doing it twice a week if you can handle it...

    Protein Powders????????

    I use a brand called "Aria", which is half whey protein and half soy protein. It has some woman-oriented ingredients as well, like folate. I add the vanilla flavor to my morning oatmeal or cottage cheese, and find that it's a great way to keep my protein levels up.
