    Wasn't sure what to do this morning; so I did Rockout Knockout including the heavy bag bonus. I want to continue with something like the Nov. rotation so tomorrow will be a leg day + 300 walking lunges.

    Greatest hits and preview of new dvds

    I'm not a fan of step workouts. My feet just don't seem to cooperate; even if I get the choreography down, my feet are sore for days. Oh well, I am so looking forward to the new workouts & I may just try the step workouts without the steps.
