    Finished STS today!

    Saturn, I just finished STS last week so I'm in my active recovery week & enjoying a much needed rest. I'm thinking of doing Cathe's June rotation next.

    pliee jacks

    I'm so glad to see that others have trouble w/ plie jacks. I can never seem to get the heels to click but I do what I can. I'm not much taller than Cathe & crew 5'4 but I'm just not good at all the in the air moves. Maybe I'll get better at it w/time.

    deodorant before a workout?

    What a great idea. I'll have to try that. When I workout by myself 1st thing in a.m, I don't use it; in the p.m. when DH & I go walking; it's already on & on Saturdays when we do our long walks, I put it on before, otherwise I get stinky & dripping sweat.
